International Seminar on November 12th and 13th, was organized at B.N.P.G. College in the aegis of Bhupal Nobles’ Sansthan. This seminar was held in association with Indo-German Society, Rajasthan Chapter, India, Academy of Well-Being Society, National Social Service units of B. N. P. G. and B. N. Girls’ College.

International Seminar on November 12th and 13th, was organized at B.N.P.G. College in the aegis of Bhupal Nobles’ Sansthan. This seminar was held in association with Indo-German Society, Rajasthan Chapter, India, Academy of Well-Being Society, National Social Service units of B. N. P. G. and B. N. Girls’ College.

The organizing secretary Dr. Jayshree Singh, HOD, English, B.N.P.G. College elaborated about the seminar. There was focus on bringing out strengths, strategies and substantive changes among the youth and social workforce.

This Seminar proved relevant because in the contemporary times, the human resource as social capital seem to be chasing the rat race of materialism and capitalism. Education brings change and sensitivity to current crisis and circumstances.

It also aimed to enable participants to interact and to inculcate inter-cultural educational understanding. In the Seminar Director, Dr. Maina Jain informed that there were six technical sessions, besides inaugural.

In the Inaugural Session, Chairperson of the organizing team Dr. Vikram Singh Shaktawat, Principal, B.N.P.G.College welcomed the guests and the delegates.

On this occasion Souvenir was published and released. The Honourable Vice-Chancellor, Prof. I.V.Trivedi of Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur in his Chief Guest address spoke about the role of education which is important for world peace.

The Special Honourable Guest, Prof. Pawan Surana, Hon. Sec. General of Indo-German Society, Ex-Chairperson of State Women’s Commission, Rajasthan said that one can contribute to nation building by recreating oneself and by inter-cultural understanding.

The Guest of Honour Dr. Mahendra Singh Agaria, Secretary of Vidya Pracharini Sabha – Bhupal Nobles’ Sansthan opined that Education is a tool that can lead one to enhancement. The Special Guest Prof. Vijay Laxmi Chouhan alleged that the theoretical perspective is as necessary as behavioral perspective. Prof. A. Raman, Scientist, ISRO and the Principal of GITS, Udaipur focused on the importance of education that it instills positive energy and thoughts and the spirit of national unity.

In the Valedictory Session, Dr. Subodh Agrawal, Divisional Commissioner and Ex-Officio Commissioner, T.A.D., Udaipur, in his Chief Guest address said that education will also always remain significant for national integration as well as for human being’s well-being.

Honorable Guest Prof. P. K. Jain, Dean, Faculty of Finance & Management in his valedictory address highlighted that positive perceptions signify consciousness for national integration and well being.

Dr. Laxmi Raman, Senior Scientist, ISRO in her Guest-of-Honour address emphasized upon women education. While giving examples of Mrs. Indira Gandhi, Kiran Bedi, Kalpana Chawla she said that education can bring in women self-confidence and self-decision making capacity.

Dr. Niranjan Narayan Singh Rathore, the Managing Director of B. N. Sansthan expressed his contentment for the successful completion of the seminar. Dr. Rashmi Singh, HOD, Maths, B. N. Girls’ College presented the report about the seminar. Prof. Natwar Lal Sharma, Principal, B.N. Girls’ College also addressed that through this seminar delegates will get awareness for enriching their thought-process. The seminar director Dr. Maina Jain gave vote of thanks to all.
