The night began with the Mumbai’s Nida Fazli sher followed by Indore’s Rahat Indori, Mumbai’s Hasan Kamal, Bareilly’s Wasim Barelvi, Jodhpur’s Sheen Kaaf Nizam, Mumbai’s Shakeel Azmi, Gwalior’s Madan Mohan Danish, Kanpur’s Pramod, Jodhpur’s Arun Singh Makhmoor, Jaipur’s Malika Naseem and Udaipur’s Prakash Nagori.
Jaipur’s Moajjam and Lucknow’s Anvar Jalalapuri transcended the people to a soulful world with their enchanting words.
The chief guest of the event was Hindustan Zinc’s CEP Akhilesh Joshi and presided over by Police Inspector General Anand Shrivastava. Other eminent delegates including Chittor’s SP Prasann Kumar Khamesra, Srajan-The Spark’s President Shyam S. Singhvi, Secretary Rajesh Sharma, Rajesh Khamesra, Dinesh Kataria, HZL’s CEO (Smelting) Vikas Sharma, Deputy CEO Sunil Duggal, Project Director Naveen Singhal and Head-Corporate Communication Pavan Kaushik were present.
The elegant use of simple Urdu language by the Shairs mesmerized everyone present. During the event, singer Roop Kumar Rathore was conferred with Hindustan Zinc-Srajan Award along with Rs. 1 Lac, appreciation letter and memento.
The event was a collaborative effort of Hindustan Zinc Ltd and Srajan-The Spark.
