A 3-day cultural function ‘Jhilmil 2013’ commenced today at Vidhya Bhawan Rural Institute campus in the presence of Chief Guests Garima Bokadiya (Director of Shriji Study Center), Lavina Agrawal, Osh Agrawal and social worker Jagrati Dewra.

On its first day today, Mehandi and Rangoli competitions were organized in which students participated with enthusiasm. Participants made some amazing and colourful rangoli designes and fine meticulous mehandi work. Organizer Dr Anju said that such programs encourage students to participate in various competitions and gives them an opportunity to display their creative abilities.

On the second day tomorrow, solo and group song, solo and group dance, and fancy dress competition will be organized. On 18^th January, Mr and Miss VBRI competition will be elected and the function will end with closing ceremony.
