At the monthly night of ‘Rangshala,’ the artists will perform ‘Sarai Ki Ek Raat’ on Sunday depicting the gap between classes of the society and portray the humanistic sides of it all.

At the monthly night of ‘Rangshala,’ the artists will perform ‘Sarai Ki Ek Raat’ on Sunday depicting the gap between classes of the society and portray the humanistic sides of it all.

Organized by West Zone Cultural Center on the first Sunday of every month, the play will be performed on 4th October at Darpan Sabhagar at Shilpgram. The artists from Jaipur will play the roles in the play written by Kashinath Singh and directed by Mukesh Chaturvedi.

Honored with Sahitya Academy Award and Sharad Joshi Award, author Kashinath Singh has written many eminent stories. The play ‘Sarai Ke Ek Raat’ revolves around 3 travelers and their differences of caste that is prevalent in the society. These travelers are a Thakur, Brahman and a skill worker (majdur).
