Home Minister Gulab Chand Kataria visited Flower Show being organized at Fateh Sagar collaboratively by Nagar Nigam, Nagar Vikas Pranyas and District Administration.

Kataria mentioned that events like these accentuate the beauty of Udaipur and thus, the responsibility to keep the city clean, pollution free and beautiful lies on the common public.

The show boasted of flower species such as China rose, grafted cactus, anthurium, chrysanthemum, petunia, dahlia, decorative plants and many different, beautiful varieties. Special exhibition to promote go-organic was also organized.

During his visit, he also toured around Manikyalal Verma Park, Saheliyo ki Badi etc. and gave suggestions to beautify the tourist spots. He advised the officials to monitor the tourist attractions on a regular basis and check for any miscreants.

On the occasion, Mayor Chandra Singh Kothari emphasized that for the last three years, Flower Show is being organized in the city to help attract tourists while building the concept of gardening, plantation and environment protection among the citizens.
