Kidzee Ambamata preserved precious memories by celebrating the very special day, THE GRANDPARENTS DAY on 12^th Sept at their school campus. The elder generation witnessed elation, happiness and fun with their grand children at the school premises.

Program was started with a welcome speech by Atul Sharma, Assistant Director of Kidzee, Ambamata.

Speaking on the event, Director of the school, R.K Sharma said that being a grandparent is to experience the joy of unconditional love. He said, “Grandparents are our heritage, they may have silvery hair but their heart is always golden.”

“They are the mentors, whose guidance and affection nurture the young mind with values,” stated Sharma.

Teachers organized a puppet show named “Lakdi ki Kathi” which spotlighted the importance of grandparents and their strong bond which they share with their grandchildren.

Various games including musical chairs, passing the parcel, storytelling, cuisine delights, memory cards, spotting the pictures, newspaper dance, etc. were performed by the children with superb enthusiasm.

One of the Grandparents said that they have re-lived their childhood days today.

The chit chat of the kids unfolded the little ones love for their grandparents. They also greeted their grandparents with colorful cards with kids handprints on it.

A very interesting quiz contest followed, which spiced up the mood of celebration. Though having wrinkles on their face but their minds young and alert with youthful hearts the grandparents enjoyed every moment of the event.

The occasion ended with a refreshment party and to conclude the program everybody was gifted a sapling as a token of love & gratitude.
