Literature Conference on 45th Foundation Day of Akashwani
A two days National Literature Conference has been organised by Akashwani Prasaar Bharti, Udaipur on the occasion of its 45th Foundation Day. The conference started on 5th March, Monday at Govind Sabhagar of Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal in the presence of eminent personalities from the field of literature from various parts of the country.

The conference started with lighting of the ceremonial lamp and welcome of the literary figures by the Manik Arya, Director Akashwani who also presented the details of the programme.
On the first day of Sahityotsav, ‘Kavita Samay’ was organized in which Shiv Mangal Singh, ‘Manav’ and Jyoti Chawla from New Delhi, RituRaj and Premchand Gandhi from Jaipur, Rochna Raghav and Kavi Kisan Dadhich from Udaipur and Dr. Chandra Prakash Deval from Ajmer recited their poems.
In the same session Prof. Nand Chaturvedi and Dr. Bhagwatilal Vyas from Udaipur and Sushma Chauhan from Jodhpur presented papers on the topic ‘Changing Nature of Poem’.
Rajendra Sen and Uma Shanker Chaudhary did compering for the first and second part of the session respectively. The programme was coordinated by Dr. Jaiprakash Pandya ‘Jyotipunj’ and vote of thanks was extended by Satish Depal, Technical Director.
On the second day of Sahityotsav on 6th March, Mahesh Katare of Gwalior, Nanad Bhardwaj and Govind Mathur of Jaipur and Dr. Arti Smith of New Delhi will read out stories. In the same session Hetu Bhardwaj of Jaipur, Dr. Rajendra Mohan Bhatnagar and Dr. Naval Kishore of Udaipur will present their papers on ‘Changing Nature of Story’.
