Local Ayyappa Temple to Observe Ramayan Maas Pooja
The local community of Ayyappa Seva Samiti has announced the 31 days religious ceremony of Ramayan Maas Pooja which is going to start from 17th July. The ceremony is consisted of several prayers which will go on till 16th August.

According to the Samiti, everyday Ganapati Havan, Abhishek, Pooja and from evening 6:15 Nirmala, Deep Aradhana, Bhagwati Seva, Ramayan Paath, Bhajan Kirtan and from 8:15 program of Maha Deep Aradhana will conclude the day’s event. Every day, Lord Ayyappa’s idol will be washed by sandalwood etc.
The event is observed to remember the hardship of Lord Rama while wandering in the jungles for several years. South Indian state of Kerala marks the Ramayan Maas Pooja very fervently and temples will see a large number of devotees every day.
