To mark Swami Vivekananda’s 150^th birthday, a team of 14 members of Lok Kala Mandal has left for Singapore and Malaysia where they will be presenting a puppet show in English. Govardhan Sagar-assistant director of the institution said that the team will be showcasing its talent in various cities of Singapore and Malaysia.

He also told that there have been many shows performed before in almost 25 countries worldwide which includes U.S. and Canada as well. In India, the prolific team has performed around 264 times in both Hindi and English languages.

The team of 14 includes RIyaz Tehseen, Govardhan Samar, Laeek Hussain, Tulsiram, Logar Kalakar, Bhagwati Chawda, Mohan Patel, Jagreesh Paliwal, Krishna Kumar Ojha, Yashoda Mali, Meeta Pahuja, Khuman Singh, Durga Shankar Garud and Kishan Singh.
