A grandeur bhajan Sandhya for Lord Khatushyam would be organized on 21^st may at Town Hall at 8 pm. This would be 5^th Bhajan Sandhya which would be organized by Shyam Mitra Mandal trust. A press conference was held at Lake City Press Club for the announcement at 4:30 pm.

Main trustees of Press Club who were at conference were Shaym Sundar Goyal, Kailash Chandra Garg, Ashok Kabra, Sunil Bansal, Naresh Gupta, Rajendra Bhatnagar, K.K.Gupta, S.K.Khaitan, Surendra Agarwal, Rajesh Goyal, Suresh Agarwal. Narayan Agarwal was the main spokesperson.

The centre of attraction would be Maha Aarti by Manoj Maharaj with 5111 earthen lamps. This Maha Aarti is famous among the devotees. This time special arrangements are done for maha aarti so that every single devotee can participate.

For this occasion, Lord Shyam Baba’s head idol would be escorted from Khatushyam Darbar Delhi.

The Prashad which is called chappan Bhog would be main attraction for all devotees.

The stage for Bhajan Sandhya would be ornamented & designed by Rajkumar Kasera & his team of more than 100 people. This platform would be 20 feet high & length & width would be 100 feet. This dais would resemble to Shyam Upwan. Special flowers would be imported from Delhi & Kolkata for the décor of the platform.

The venue of Bhajan Sandhya would be sparkling from City lights, pole lights, folk lights & disco lights etc. Special arrangements of T.V. screens would be there so that the joy of Bhajans can’t be hampered.

Many devotee groups would be coming from Rajasthan & Madhya Pradesh. Separate arrangements would be there for females.
