Mahaveer Ekta Yatra commences at Udaipur City station
1132 pilgrims of the Jain community proceeded to Shri Sammit Shikhar Ji on their maiden trip, ‘Mahaveer Jain Ekta Yatra’ on the special Bhamasha Express toady afternoon at 3:10 pm. Gulab Chand Kataria, Vimal Patni (Chief Guest), Kiranmal Savansukha (Special guest), Dilip Surana, Rajni Dangi, Madhu Mehta, Shantilal Chaplot, etc. performed the prayers at the station and showed the green flag to the train to proceed.

The Bhamasha Express has 16 coaches named as R.K., Veer Archit Vardia, Mahendra, Jiya, Rishab, Naanesh, Techno, Manish, Padam, Sundram, Vasansukha, Madhu, Mehta, Rup, SRG and Nagfani Parshwanath coach.
Prior to boarding the train, the pilgrims were received by the Mahaveer Yuva Manch at the station. Pramod Samar, the Head Guardian of Mahaveer Yuva Manch said “to welcome the pilgrims the railway station was specially decorated with different stalls, the Jain Flag, special gates and a red carpet. The Police band was there to welcome them.”
Many business men, politicians, administrative officers, prominent citizens of Udaipur and members of the various Jain communities were present at the station to accord their best wishes for the trip to the pilgrims.
