At the ongoing 21-day Refresher Course at JRN Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Rajasthan Administrative Services’ Protocol Officer Prof Manoj Sharma enlightened all with his speech on ‘Research Methodology & Stress Management’.

He addressed the gathering saying that in today’s world, stress has become an integral part of life. Despite efforts, one is unable to get rid of stress and its factors. The simple ways such as balanced diet, regular exercise and walk can help reduce levels of stress.

He further emphasized that a positive & happy outlook can convert stress into a productive force to help progress in life. Meditation can also help reduce stress and improve concentration & focus.

During the seminar, registrar Prof C.P Agrawal was accompanied with special guest Prof Pradeep Punjabi.
