Mega Farewell to Muni Tarun Sagar
Muni Tarun Sagar ji was given an ardent farewell on 11 Dec. at the Town Hall. In his historical farewell speech revolutionary saint Shree Tarun Sagar ji said that Udaipur will always be remembered in his Sangh for the Chaturmas. On the occasion he urged the people to remember his thoughts and ideals. He expressed that he is not going bare hands from the city but he has with him the memories of the time spent with the denizens.
Muni Shree Tarun Sagar was given an ardent farewell today on 11 Dec. at the Town Hall. In his historical farewell speech revolutionary saint Shree Tarun Sagar said that Udaipur will always be remembered in his Sangh for the Chaturmas.
On the occasion he urged the people to remember his thoughts and ideals. He expressed that he is not going bare hands from the city but he has with him the memories of the time spent with the denizens.
He had words for all the generations today. He said to the youth to work in such a manner that 3 and 3 becomes 33 while he requested the old people to live chanting life. At the same time the mothers are expected to nourish morals in their children. He wished all to live happily spreading love in every relation. The life should be spent in such a manner that Heaven can be experienced in this material world.
“Life is full of struggles and problems which cannot be avoided so to wait for favorable time will spoil all your life. We have to find favorable time to bring happiness in our lives,” said Muni Shree.
In the last part of his sermon he remembered the Social Activist Anna Hazare and remarked, “Anna has opened the page of corruption so it’s time now to alert those who are corrupt.”
Tears could be seen in the eyes of the devotees during the function. Various eminent personalities including Raghuveer Meena, MP; Gulab Chand Kataria, MLA; Madhu Mehta, District Head; Rajni Dangi, Chairperson, Municipal Council; Nana Lal Baya, Tara Chand Jain, Dharm Narayan Joshi were present to give warm farewell to the Muni.
Kanakmal Mahaveer became the beneficiary of Muni Shree’s ‘Picchi Parivartan’ while the old ‘Picchi’ was given to the President of Chaturmas Samiti, Ashok Shah. Muni Shree’s Mahaarti was carried out by the world famous dancer, Joshi Manoj Maharaj with the help of 1008 diyas. Lucky Draw of ‘Bhagyodaya Coupon’ was also taken out and the winner was awarded by Muni Shree.
Starting from the Town Hall in the form of procession Muni Shree reached Prithvi Niwas at Sec-11 while passing through Udaipole, Railway Station, Patel Circle, Paras Circle and crossing 108 gates on the way. A special helicopter was provided by Gajendra Anchaliya for scattering flowers on the way.
Many Administrative Officers, People’s Representatives, Religious Leaders, Social Servants and thousands of devotees became the witness to this grand farewell.
