A mega trade fair began today at Fateh School ground. The fair will go on till 28^th May.

Home Minister Gulabchand Kataria and Urban development Minister Srichand Kriplani inaugurated the mega trade fair at Fateh School ground today evening. Much before the inauguration, public thronged the ground with family and friends. Shopping was at its peak on the very first day where people bought a variety of items. The fair will start everyday at 2 p.m. and will go on till 10 p.m. Apart from shopping, the city dwellers will also be able to enjoy fun and food zones daily.

Among the other dignitaries present were Mayor Chandra Singh Kothari, Phool Singh Meena, UIT Chairman Ravindra Shrimali, Lokesh Dwivedi, Rakesh Porwal, BJP leader Deepak Bolya, Jinendra Shastri.

The fair will have a variety of products from different states. In this fair, important information about mobiles and automobiles, education, books, furniture, toys and handicraft items can also be obtained. Besides these, health and fitness products, home decor items, leather products, pickles and jams, spices, artificial jewellery etc. can be bought at very reasonable rates.

Security arrangements for public and stall owners have also been kept in mind. All stalls are under water-proof domes. Arrangements for food and fun for adults and children have been given importance. Various fun rides like Columbus, dragon caterpillar, jeep, car, Mickey Mouse have also been kept to entertain children.

There is also a food zone for the food lovers. Mumbai’s bhel-puri, Delhi’s Chola-kulcha, chowmein, burger, pav bhaji, Ajmer’s Kadhi kachori, pizza etc. will be available to tickle the taste buds. Overall, the fair promises to be a complete package for shopping and fun without the tension of growling stomachs.
