Aastitva being Foundation (ABF), a Mental Upliftment and Spiritual Consciousness Development NGO had organized its Annual Certificate Ceremony on Sunday 24th April for the students who completed ‘The Foundation-Of-I (FOI) Certificate Course in the year 2020-21. Members from all over the country and abroad participated in the discourse on various Mental-Spiritual Consciousness Development.

This year’s theme of the ceremony was the ‘Importance of Playfulness in routine life’. The mentors described how Playfulness brings cheerfulness and joy along with an inflow of deeper spiritual connection. Thus the mentors call ‘Playfulness’ a worthy Investment.

The young members who have completed the 'FOI Certificate Course' told that there has been amazing progress in their mental-spiritual consciousness, as well as they are becoming self-reliant in taking proper decisions in their family and work life. As a result, Stress word is omitted from their lives.

In this course, members change their thoughts, beliefs, feelings and logic by applying psychological science and yogic spiritual science. This change gives them mental, financial and spiritual stability.

The main mentors of ABF are Dr. Deepti Bhandari (neuropsychologist)  and Yogiguru Saugato. They are disciples of His Holiness Mahavatar Babaji Maharaj, under whose guidance this foundation is run. It is a central government registered and licensed non-profit organization.
