MG College wins District Level Dance Competition
Meera Girls College, Udaipur won the state level group dance competition that concluded today at the college campus. Rajasthan Sangeet Sansthan, Jaipur grabbed the second position while JDB Girls College, Kota was awarded third prize.

Teams from Jaipur, Bikaner, Kota, Sirohi, Banswara, Jhadol, Udaipur, Bundi and Hanumangarh participated in the competition.
Manik Arya, vice superintendent of All India Radio, Udaipur was the chief guest including special guest Yashwant Kothari, Secretary, Kumbha Kala Parishad.
Teams from various dance groups showcased their skills in cultural dance genres. The program was held in a packed auditorium of Meera Girl’s College.
In a short address, chief guest Manik Arya said, “Any student who is aspired to become radio jockey can give interview at AIR and if selected she will be trained and will also get stipend.”
Yashwant Kothari also extended his support for students who are passionate for playing musical instrument. Kothari announced Rs.1100 as a prize for students who will get top 3 position in BA Final and MA Final vocal instrument.
