National Seminar on Problems in Mining Industry concluded

National Seminar on Problems in mining engineering was held at CTAE College, Udaipur on 7th & 8th March 2014. Seminar was organized by Mining Engineer’s Association of India (MEAI), Udaipur chapter. 

MEAI honored Vimal Patni, VC, Wonder Cement for his contribution in mining Industry. The award was received by P. Patidar, VP, WCL on behalf of Mr. Patni.

Kezar Shah, GM (Environment) Wonder Cement Ltd. gave a presentation on “Efficient Methodology in mining that minimizes time schedule to complete environmental clearance procedure”. He informed that with advance planning and good action plan this can be achieved. He presented tips to reduce time schedule of all small activities that can lead to reduction in overall time period of clearance procedure.

Dr S.S. Rathore of CTAE was Organizing  Secretary of the event. Dr. O.P.Gill, VC (MPUAT), Er. A. Joshi, CEO HZL, Prof. B Nandwana, Dean CTAE, Er. D Maru of M & G, Dr. S.C. Jain of CTAE were present in the seminar.

Officials from Mining Industry, Govt. Department & Academic Institution from India, Australia, China, & Iran participated in the seminar.
