Mohan Lal Sukhadia University will play host to week-long National Women Art Festival from 18 March to 24 March. The festival is being organised by National Lalit Kala Academy.

Festival will play host to exhibitions by 25 female artists with international acclaim from all of over the country.

Organiser, Prof Madan Singh Rathore informed that artists will prepare contemporary art work in various forms during the festival. Demostration of new techniques along with established form of artwork will form the prime attraction during the festival.

Artists from Kolkata, Delhi, Bangalore, Vadodara, Patna, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Ajmer, Udaipur and other places will be participating in the festival.

Kiran Maheshwari will be the Chief Guest for the opening ceremony. Guest of Honour will be artist Prof Suresh Sharma. C.S. Krishna Shetty will be representing Lalit Kala Academy.
