A general meeting of Society of Biological Chemists (India) Udaipur Chapter, Department of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Rajasthan College of Agriculture (MPUAT) was held today with the announcement of newly appointed executive members through voting.

Former President of Society Dr G.C Nanavati has announced the election for establishing new executive board members.

The members have elected Dr Vimal Sharma as President, Dr SK Khandelwal as Secretary and Dr Vinod Saharan as Treasurer. The members are elected unanimously.

Addressing the meeting, the newly appointed President Dr Vimal Sharma informed that Society of Biological Chemists (India) Udaipur Chapter is working from last 83 years. He also presented annual report of the society.

Dr S.K Khandelwal, the newly appointed secretary has met all members and said that this year 10 new lifetime members and 9 new annual members were registered to the society.

Dr. Arunabh Joshi, Dr Devendra Jain, Dr Vinod Saharan, Dr Amit Dadhich, Dr MK Sharma and Dr Ajay Sharma have also proposed their suggestions for the upcoming events and activities of society. Dr M.M Simlot, founder member of Udaipur Chapter was also present on the occasion.
