The 4-day long National Youth Festival concluded today with some amazing and nail-biting stunts by Indian Air Force and Indian Army jawans at Railway Training Ground, Udaipur.
Events during the last four days, including dance, art and traditional acrobatics, were organized at different venues and the night shows were hosted at Maharana Bhupal Stadium. During the closing ceremony, nine divers of Indian Air Force, named as “Daredevils” were dropped by an IAF Aircraft. They showed their extra-ordinary courage while they landed safely on ground holding the flying National Flag. The team was headed by Wing Commander Jai Krishna, who holds the record of landing on Mt. Everest from greatest height (as announced during the program).
This was followed by the acrobatics and stunts on bikes by “Safed Ashwa” team of Indian Army. Riding white colored bullet bike these jawans showed some great stunts. Starting with stunts like diagonally crossing the bikes at high speed, they performed acrobatics in a group of eight on moving bikes. Two jokers tried their best in amusing the audience with their stunts.
Performance by army band was entertaining and gave the beautifully message of patriotism and the theme of National Youth Festival “Sabse Pehle Bharat”.
