International Women's Day was celebrated with art and colors at Lok Kala Manda today, with the culmination of the two day painting workshop and exhibition by Gallery Artoz.

Curator Veerangana Soni informed that the inauguration of the painting exhibition was formally done today at 1130am in the presence of more than 50 artists and art lovers from Udaipur.  The inauguration was done Swati Sharma, Addl SP (Crime and Vigilance), Udaipur Range.

Earlier, on 7 March, a painting workshop was held at Lok Kala Mandal.  The workshop discussed the various aspects through which women empowerment can be presented in the form of painting and art.

Today's exhibition was a unique display of paintings, sculptures, installations, poetry, theater and performing arts.
