A three day painting workshop cum exhibition started today at four different centers in the city viz. Fatehsagar, Gulab Bagh, Dudh Talai and Sukhadia Circle.

58 artists from the city took part in the workshop initiated by District Administration in association with Urban Improvement Trust. The event was named “Imagination Through Art”.

On the first day, artists painted various types of art including abstract etc. Furqan Khan, in charge of the event informed, “On the last day of event, an exhibition will be held at Fateh Sagar Paal. It will be an exhibition cum sale.”

Khan added, “Half of the amount received from selling the artwork will be added into the association that helps artists while the rest half will be given to the individual artist whose painting is sold.”
