Radhakrishna Maharaj to Narrate Shreemad Bhagwad Katha

Beginning tomorrow on 1st May 2012, K.G. Gattani Foundation would be organizing ‘Shreemad Bhagwad Katha’ at Oriental Palace Resort, which will continue till 7th May, 2012. The rituals and the ‘Katha’ will be led by Pandit Radhakrishna Maharaj.

“There would be a ‘Kalash’ Rally for the welcoming of Pandit Radhakrishna Maharaj at 4pm, which will start from Patheshwar Temple, Subhashnagar and will reach Oriental Palace Resort passing through the internal areas of Subhashnagar. Pandit Radhakrishna will land at Dabok Airport around 2.30pm, where he would be welcomed by the Gattani family”, said K.G.Gattani, Director, Gattani Foundation.

On the first four days of the event, the ‘Katha’ would be held from 5pm to 9pm; and on the last three days, from 9am to 1pm. Every day, there would be pictorial representations of God and his various forms (avatars). This will start with the ‘Narsingh Avtar’ from 3rd May onwards.

K.G Gattani added, “Pandit Radhakrishna would initiate ‘Prabhat Pheri’ from Bohra Ganesh Ji temple on 2nd May from 5.30am, which will route through Jagdish Mandir, Sunderwas, Hiran Magri, etc every day. On 4th May, ‘Krishna Janmotsav’ will be celebrated”.

Kaushalya Gattani, K.G Gattani Foundation said, “The motive of this event is to generate funds for the Cow Shelter at Sanchor District being run by Godham Mahatirth Anandvan Pathmeda”. She also added, “Pandit Radakrishna Maharaj recites ‘Katha’ with the inspiration of his guru Dattsharnanand Maharaj”.

On the last day, recitation of ‘Shreemad Bhagwat Geeta’ would be done. Hence, devotees have been asked to reach the venue on time to avoid any discomfort.
