Udaipur will host state’s first tea festival from 16-Feb to 18-Feb. The tea festival will be held at Naav-Ghaat (jetty stand) near Dudh Talai.
The event is being organised by youth organisation Kalakriti events. Milind Soni of the group said that the event has been inspired by PM Narendra Modi’s avocation.
The tea festival will serve over 25 different types of tea flavours. The festival will be open from 6:30am to 11pm. Citizens going for a morning walk/exercise in the area would be able to enjoy fresh herbal and green tea in the early hours. The organisers will also provide senior citizens with healthy tea free of cost from 6:30am to 7:30am.
The tea festival will also feature live performances on all days to entertain the audience.
Organisers claim that this is the first of its kind tea festival in Rajasthan and second such in the country.
