Rajasthan College of Agriculture Alumni Association organized the 14^th National Convention in which the present students were awarded by the alumni of the college for excellence in academics.

Dr. Yashwant Kothari also rewarded farmers and rural workers for their achievement in agriculture. MPUAT’s vice chancellor Dr. O.P Gill said that many students of the college are employed at high positional jobs at national, as well as international level.

Alongside, Dr. A Rathore Memorial Lecture was also organized in which MD of Venco Research and Breeding Farm Ltd, Pune Dr. G.L Jain gave a speech on ‘Breeding commercially viable chickens for Indian farmers’ topic.

Dr. Jain informed that the chicken breeding business is of Rs. 70,000 Cr in India which provides employment to around 30 Lac people.

During the event, the RCA Alumni Association launched a yearly souvenir edition compiled by Dr. P.C Kanthalia, Dr. Subhash Bhargava and Dr. Rajmani.
