Udaipur, January 4, 2025 - This year, Udaipur will host the state-level Republic Day celebration on January 26. The event will take place at Maharana Bhupal Stadium, with the presence of Honorable Governor Haribhau Kisanrao Bagade and Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma. The event will also be attended by several cabinet members, state officials, and distinguished guests.

Preparations Underway for the Celebration

A team from Udaipur, led by Divisional Commissioner Pragya Kewalramani and District Collector Arvind Poswal, is working hard to ensure the success of the event. District Collector Poswal has assigned responsibilities to various officials to organize the celebration smoothly and according to the prescribed protocol.

Schedule of Events

• January 25: "At Home" Program - An "At Home" program will be held at Saheliyon Ki Bari at 4:00 PM. This will be followed by a cultural evening at 7:00 PM at Fateh Sagar Pal.
• January 26: Main Republic Day Ceremony - The main ceremony will be held at Maharana Bhupal Stadium at 10:00 AM.

Assigned Responsibilities

• VIP Seating and Management - The CEO of the Zila Parishad, ADM Administration, and ADM City will manage the VIP seating arrangements. The Sub Registrar will take care of seating for award recipients.
• Special Guest Arrangements - The ACEO of the Zila Parishad will ensure seating for freedom fighters, martyrs' families, RAA settlement officers, and other important public figures.

Press and Public Seating
The Registrar of MLSU will handle seating for press representatives. The DEO Primary will manage seating for district-level officials and other guests.

Security and Gate Management

Senior officers will be stationed at the entry points of the main event venue to ensure that only designated individuals can enter through specific gates. 

Arrangements for "At Home" Program and Cultural Evening

• Saheliyon Ki Bari - Various officials, including the CEO of the Zila Parishad and ADM Administration, will manage reception, parking, seating, and snacks for the "At Home" program.
• Cultural Evening at Fateh Sagar Pal - The cultural evening will be managed by the ADM Administration, CEO of the Zila Parishad, and ACEO of the Zila Parishad. The Deputy Director of the Western Region Cultural Center and Deputy Director of Tourism will take care of the cultural program.

Award and Microphone Arrangements

The UDA Commissioner and DSO will be in charge of organizing awards and microphone arrangements for the event.
