The Celebration Mall, Udaipur is set to host its iconic month long Carnival from 1st May 2013 to 31st May 2013. The theme of this year’s Carnival is Retro-Bollywood. This year’s theme has been dedicated to Bollywood, which is celebrating its 100 years of entertainment.

The Celebration Mall, Udaipur is set to host its iconic month long Carnival from 1st May 2013 to 31st May 2013. The theme of this year’s Carnival is Retro-Bollywood. This year’s theme has been dedicated to Bollywood, which is celebrating its 100 years of entertainment.

Visitors will literally be treated to a red-carpet welcome in the mall ala IIFA style. The mall management informed UT that both sides of the red-carpet will also have posters from the 80s Bollywood movie – Angry Young Man, Jumping Jack, Tragedy King etc will all be by your side as you enter the mall.

The Carnival will have Daily workshops on Pottery and Zomba Classes from 3 pm onwards. Anyone who shops at the mall for over Rs 1500 can participate in the workshops.

Sunday’s are expected to be majorly Filmy with Live Retro and Dance performances post 6 pm onwards. Visitors can also look forward to reliving 70s and 80s with grand performances by Sanjay Dhaka, Finalist at India’s Got Talent, on 4th and 25th May.

The third floor of the mall will be dedicated to exclusive handicraft exhibition from 16th – 31st May.

Every Saturday and Sunday, Handmade items made by children from Prachya Shodh Peeth Prayas will be put up for sale. All the proceeds from the sale will go to the society. So, it makes sense to buy for a cause.

To make shopping an even more mouth watering experience, there are assured gifts on every mall purchase of over Rs 3,000/-.
