Udaipur, March 19, 2025 - The five-day Rajasthan International Trade Expo (RITEX 2025) was inaugurated this morning by Chief Guest Udaipur District Collector Namit Mehta, at the UCCI premises. This event has been jointly organised by the Udaipur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UCCI) and the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) and will feature a total of 125 exhibitors from across the country.

UCCI president Mangilal Lunawat informed that during the inaugural session, PHDCCI's co-chairman of the Indirect Tax Committee, Pawan Arora will speak on the topic “Navigating GST: Challenges and Opportunities for MSMEs in Udaipur.” The CEO of Hindustan Zinc Limited, Arun Mishra, will also address the attendees.

PHDCCI’s deputy secretary general Naveen Seth and Trade Fair consultant Hardeep Singh shared that tomorrow, March 20, a Rajasthan Tourism Awards Ceremony will be held at the Tathastu Resort, where the Chief Guest will be Bhagwati Prasad Kalal, Managing Director of RSMML. The event will honour entrepreneurs associated with the tourism sector in the State.

PHDCCI Udaipur Convenor Mukesh Madhwani informed that every evening, cultural performances by local artists will be organised. Additionally, food courts featuring different regional cuisines from various States will be set up at RITEX 2025.
