Ritu Vasant Classical Music Fest in Udaipur from Feb 20-22

Udaipur, Feb 18, 2026 - Classical music lovers in Udaipur will witness a unique musical experience during the three-day Ritu Vasant festival organised by the West Zone Cultural Centre (WZCC), Udaipur. The event will be held at Shilpgram in Udaipur from February 20 to 22 with free entry for the public and promises a rich cultural experience for Udaipur’s music and dance enthusiasts.
The main attraction of the event will be a jugalbandi between Rajasthan's only Dilruba player, Mohammad Umar and renowned violinist Gulzar Hussain. World-renowned dancer Kavita Dwivedi will also enthrall audiences with her Odissi dance.
This information was shared by Furqan Khan, Director of WZCC, Udaipur, who said that on the second day of the festival, the jugalbandi between Mohammad Umar and Gulzar Hussain at Shilpgram will be a special treat for music lovers.
On the same day, the performance of renowned Odissi dancer Kavita Dwivedi promises to be a treat for visitors. Director Khan shared that Kavita, who has been honoured with numerous prestigious awards at the national and international level, has been performing outstanding dance on stage for three decades and been featured on Discovery Channel (Living Asia), CNN, Asianet and international channels in China and Milan.
