What is Round Table Udaipur?
It’s a group of men aged between 21-40 year old belonging to all walks of life be it professionals or businessmen from Udaipur; their common goal is to work hard, help others and enjoy the feeling of goodness.
Round Table Udaipur has 17 members and is one of the divisions of Round Table India which has 2400 members and 225 tables all over India.
In Udaipur, it started in the year 2009 with 14 members; the first member of the table is Sandeep Singhvi who also holds the position of Chartered Chairman.
The group, formally known as TABLE has worked hard on various projects like helping patients of Thalassemia, donating invertors in emergency ward of hospital, organizing treasure hunts for fund raising and their biggest project is adopting a school in Devramagri which is located just behind new Navratan complex.
Unlike other NGOs and Non-profit organizations, Round Table works with a diverse concept. Their methodology is Service through Fellowship; every Tabler strongly believes and follows this rule.
Another major thing which detaches Round Table from other similar groups is their way of handling the expenses and funds raising. Every Tabler has two bank accounts, one for the project and another for the admin.
Project account is one which keeps all accounts of fund raising, donation and events while Admin account keeps the details of expenses on Tabler and fellowship programmes like casual meets, dinner or tea-parties etc.
This makes the round table as the first and only Non Profit-Non-Expense Organization of the world.
The Executive Board
However the TABLE is equally supported by every member but to execute every project and programme more effectively the work has been divided according to the proficiency and interest of the members who call themselves TABLERS or in short TR.
TR. Sanjay Dak is the Chairman, TR. Pankaj Duggad is the Vice chairman, TR. Narendra Sharma is the Secretary, TR. Nitin Gattani is the Treasurer and TR. Sandeep Singhiv is the Chartered Chairman of Round Table Udaipur.
TR. Sunil Lunawath is the Convener of Treasure Hunt 2011 and TR. Gautam Hinger is the Media Coordinator.
