Play “Saray” will be enacted at Shilpgram auditorium on July 3 as part of the monthly play organised by Western Zone Cultural Centre. The play is based on the story by renowned Rajasthani writer and Padma Bhushan recipient, Vijaydan Detha.

Centre Director Furkan Khan informed that plays are being organised on first Sunday of every month with the objective of giving a platform to dramatists to perform. As part of that, a group from Jabalpur will render the play “Saray” on Sunday evening. The play has been directed by Ashish Pathak.

The  play revolves around public life and aims at providing entertainment along with a social message.
