The students from the SAARC countries participated in the 8^th SAUFEST organized by MLSU and Pacific University on Saturday.

The fest was inaugurated in the morning at Fateh Sagar where students adorned in their traditional costumes rallied in the buggies. The theme song in the background, the highly spirited students via roads of Udaipur gathered at the Vivekanand Auditorium where the festivity began.

The official commencement of the fest was done by High Education minister Kalicharan Sarrafa. With insightful addresses from the delegates including Mayor Chandra Singh Kothari, Arjun Meena, Himanshu Chowdhary, Prof I.V Trivedi and many others, Anuya Verma initiated the program further.

Students of MLSU welcomed all on the tunes of ‘Padharo mare des..’ Sril Lankan students, Guru Nanak Dev University students of Amritsar, students from Bhutan, Vidyapeeth, Bangladesh, Rohtak and Pacific University enthralled the audience with their scintillating performances.
