A seminar on ‘Basics of Clinical Research’ was organized in BN Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences today. The main speakers of the function were Shekhar Goyal and Umesh Mishra from Siaram Clinical Research Organization.
On this occasion chief guests were Dr. Ajay Singh Chundawat, MD, Sanjeevani Hospital Padam Singh Pakhand. The program was presided by the Managing Director of the BN Institutions Dr. Niranjan Narayan Singh Khod.
Dr. O.P. Mahatma welcomed and introduced the guests, Dr. M.S. Ranawat, Principal, BN Pharmacy College narrated on ethical issues on the clinical trials and research. Mr. Gupta gave special emphasis on the scopes and importance of the clinical trials in today’s scenario. He presented his lecture in very emphatic manner and quenched the queries of the audiences.
Co-ordinator of the program, Dr. Kamal Singh Rathore presented a lecture on life history and works of Swami Vivekananda. He also give the importance of the national Youth Day, Career day and National Pharmacist Day, which all were today. His e-Book on Swami Vivekananda, which comprises of 150 slides commemorating the 150th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, was released by MD, BN Institutions Dr. Niranjan Narayan Singh.
In this e-Book Dr. Rathore included all important events of Swami Vivekananda including places related to him, people related to him, work done by him, important teachings and quotations. The function was comparer by Uttara Sarangdevot and Nirma Paswan and vote of thanks was proposed by Amit Bhargava.
