The silence of the lockdown was pierced by the shrieking of sirens at 5pm in Udaipur today, as the District Police conducted its biggest flag (route) march till date. This flag march was meant to create further awareness towards the lockdown.

Udaipur district Superintendent of Police, Kailash Chandra Bishnoi, accompanied by all his senior officers and a major part of his force led the route march that covered a substantial part of the city. This, as per SP Kailash Chandra Bishnoi, was the biggest route march of the Udaipur district police till date.
The flag march commenced from the Collectorate and passed through Delhi Gate, Hathipol, Loha Bazar, Shiksha Bhawan Chauraha, Swaroop Sagar, Kala Kiwaad, Mahaakal Mandir, Mulla Talai and reached Rampura Chauraha.
The return journey began from Rampura Chauraha, and passed through Mulla Talai chauraha, Imrat Rasool Dargah, Jadha Ganesh ji, Chandpol, Gangaur Ghat, Jagdish Chowk, Rang Niwas, Kalaji Goraji, RMV School, Asthal Mandir, Surajpol Ice Factory, Khanjipeer, Kishenpol, Patel Circle, Paras Tiraha, Reti Stand, Gariyawas, Sub City Center, BSNL Road, Sevashram Chauraha, Thokar Chauraha, Ayad, 100 Ft Road, Shobhagpura Circle, RK Circle, Fatehpura Chauraha, Sukhadia Circle and Mohta Park before ending at Chetak Circle.
