Udaipur’s Natyansh Society of Dramatic and Performing Arts performed a street play titled ‘Like, Comment aur Dange’ at Fateh Sagar Paal, Gulab Bagh and Rajiv Gandhi Park. The play was based on misuses and repercussions of social media websites.

This play depicted how due to some posts on social media websites result in small disputes that may aggravate the social, religious sentiments and take the shape of riots. The play questioned whether posting irrelevant things in the name of ‘Freedom of Speech’ is right or wrong.

Organizer Moh. Rizwan Mansuri informed that the play, written and directed by Amit Shrimali was performed thrice at different places. The play used works of Abhinav Shukla and Piyush Mishra and wsa enacted by Nivodita Dubey, Shivani Pujari, Piyasi Mitra, Pooja Gehlot, Ishika Jain, Nehal Picholiya, Shivansh Gautam, Shivam Mishra, Sheru Kanwant, Lakshya Mathur, Snehil Maliwal, Vikas Kumawat, Ata ulla Khan, Ashfaq Ahmed, Shyambihari Yadav and Amit Shrimali.
