Students of several schools of the city took part in the Bird Watching Camp organized by Indian Environment Society in association with WWF. The camp was held today at Roopsagar Lake.

In the direction of Vinay Dave, bird expert, students from St. Anthony, Central Academy, Alok and St. Gregorios learned the habitat of birds, specially little grip gadwall, shoveler and common coot birds.

R.K Garg informed the students about the wetland and talked about water plants near Roopsagar Lake.

On Saturday, the bird watching camp will take place at Vivekananda Park.
