Everyone is aware of benefits of a healthy body. Udaipurites love their city, the city which is considered to be one of the most beautiful one among others in the world. There are some highly alert citizens in Udaipur who always make efforts to keep their city clean. Picking up garbage spread over here and there by careless people and throwing it in the bin has been taken up as a duty towards maintaining a clean city.  These people can also be spotted planting trees for a healthy pollution free environment. Love for nature and city shows in their deeds. This special category of people also has some who either walk or use cycles for maintaining good health. Tanveer Singh sets an example by following “No vehicle day” campaign Mechanical engineer by profession, Tanveer Singh Shekhawat bagged the runner up award in Delhi’s Gran Fondo (a series of competitive events) due to his passion for cycling. Last year he bagged 12 th position where more than 600 participants cycled in Ahmedabad Sugarfree Cyclothon. He had a passion for cycling since his school days and has carried it along since then. He wishes to stay connected with cycling and even now when he is in job, he cycles his way from Udaipur to Nathdwara, Chittorgarh, Mount Abu and Pindwara.
