We got this wonderful opportunity to savor the delicacies in the Food Fest ऋतु वसंत today in Shilpgram, Udaipur. No words are needed anymore to explain what Shilpgram is about, but we definitely want to draw your attention to the satisfaction our taste buds got this afternoon while we enjoyed the lip smacking varieties the various states of our colourful country offered.

Amritsari Kulcha Chole, Bihari Litti Chokha, Kasmiri Rishta and Goshtaba, Jaipuri Baafle with Kadhi and garlic chutney along with chaach, our very own city’s Makki ki Raab, Maharashtrian Puranpoli and dabeli are the various distractions for those who love to eat anytime.

Not wanting to leave any stall, we somehow did as the aromas filled the air of the place that gets bustling with activity everytime in December with the fare. These few days that have promised the people of the city to fill up their hungry stomach with food that spells, smells and obviously tastes completely INDIAN. Instead of giving you more words to leave you wondering, we have brought you mouth watering pictures to make you run to this fest.

We also spoke to the people who had taken off from their offices and also to some of the foreign nationals who were enjoying their lunch time. Each one was seen licking their fingers as the dishes were sumptuous which even the children were enjoying. The foreign tourists enjoyed eating as the dishes served did not burn their mouths and were served with love.
