International wrestler and WWE famer, “The Great Khali” (actual name Dilip Singh Rana) will be coming to Udaipur tomorrow to take stock of the preparations for State’s first international level wrestling tournament.

Udaipur is playing host to international wrestling event ‘Encounter 18’ with 20 fights in just over 16 hours on 24-Feb at Khelgaon. Khali is coming to take stock of preparation for the event.

Khali will hold a roadshow tomorrow to promote the event. The roadshow will start from MLSU road and will pass through Durga Nursery Road, Sikh Colony, Surajpole, Bapu Bazaar, Delhi Gate, Ashwini Bazaar, Hathipole, Chetak, Sukhadia Circle, Fatehpura Circle, RK Circle, Shobhagpura cirlce before culminating at Khelgaon.

India’s wrestling super star, the Great Khalli, will be seen in action along with the global who’s who of the sport. Brody Steele, Katei Forbes, Santana Garrett, Rey Mysterio and Ryback will be first timers to India. Khalli, the key attraction of the event will be pitched against Ryback who returns to the sport after a break.

Actors Sunil Shetty, Sunny Leone and Tiger Shroff will be another attraction at the event, which is expected to put Khelgaon in the global limelight, with its parent city Udaipur already being a global tourist destination. The wresting ring is being imported from Germany.
