The test of talent with skills reached its height on the penultimate day of Technorazz-2012, a techno – cultural fest organized every year by Jaipur National University which started on September 27. The JNU fraternity was very happy because of the fact that the much awaited day for which they had been eagerly waiting for has finally arrived.

This eventful day started with ‘Live Presentation’ event commonly known as the ‘Dramatics’. The acts performed by the teams ranged on various themes like ‘Terrorism’, ‘Superstition’, ‘Political rights’, ‘Burden of Education’ etc. Colleges from different parts of the country had an active participation that was judged by Professor Padma Kumar and Professor S.S. Rathore.

On the other hand, ‘Advertisement Making’ event was ongoing at the JNU main campus where the teams were given topics on the spot on a chit basis and they had five minutes to prepare a small skit to advertise their given products. There were a total of 20 teams for this event including 2 from Arya, Poddar and Banasthali each. It was a chance for the candidates to showcase their innovativeness and creativity within a span of few minutes. Dr. Rajiv Agarwal and Vikas Swami were the witnesses.

Education block in the JNU main campus had a colourful sight of charts and posters for the ‘Poster Presentation’ event. Every poster that the students had put up on the velvet boards sent out a loud and clear message regarding ‘Our Environment’, ‘Our Society’, ‘Our rising expenses’, the ‘Problems faced by the Human beings’ etc. This presentation of skill and beautiful craftiness was appreciated by the judges and the audience.

On one side art was appreciated where else on the other side the Engineering block of SADTM campus was jam packed with tech savvy crowd who were impatient for the ‘Robo War’ event to get started.

The stage was set on fire in the evening by the upcoming singing sensations of the ‘Indian Idol’ fame of our country by Mr. Yashraj Kapil and Ms. Charu Semwal. They completely mesmerized the audience with their songs that belonged from the classical as well as from the modern genre.

The valedictory function was attended by the Chancellor of JNU, Sandeep Bakshi, Vice-Chancellor, Prof. K.L. Sharma, Pro-Vice Chancellor, Prof. H.N. Verma, Executive Director, Dr. Preeti Bakshi and the Deans and Directors of various schools of JNU.

The Chancellor appreciated the efforts of the entire University, fraternity of JNU for putting in their hard work in the successful completion of the sixth annual function of the University, Technorazz-2012. The 3 days function ended with a DJ event.
