TiEcon Udaipur 2026 on March 20; 'Celebrating Entrepreneurship – Bharat’s Next Leap'

Udaipur, March 17, 2026 - TiEcon Udaipur 2026 will be held on March 20, at Udaipur’s Marriott Hotel with more than 600 participants, including entrepreneurs, investors and startup founders.

This information was shared by TiEcon Chairperson Hitesh Gandhi at a press conference in Udaipur on Monday (March 16) called by TiE Udaipur. The press conference was attended by President Sandeep Bapna, TiEcon Chair Hitesh Gandhi, Co-Chair Parikshit Talesara, along with Vinay Rathi, Manish Godha, Zaki Chakkiawala, Deepesh Kothari, Ankit Talesara, Hasina Chakkiawala and Executive Director Rahul Jeengar.

Gandhi informed that this year’s theme is “Celebrating Entrepreneurship – Bharat’s Next Leap”, reflecting the rapid growth of the startup and innovation ecosystem in the country. He added that TiEcon Udaipur 2026 will be a major platform for entrepreneurship, innovation and inspiration, bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, startup founders and industry experts from across India. More than 25 distinguished speakers — renowned entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders — will share their insights.

During the media briefing, Manish Godha explained that the conference will have two main tracks:

• Big Picture Track: Focused on the broader impact of artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies.
• Execution Track: Focused on practical aspects like product development, scaling and implementation.

The event has been curated by investors and founders to provide real, actionable insights. Special networking sessions will allow direct interaction between entrepreneurs and investors.

President Sandeep Bapna said that the aim is not just to host an event but to build a strong startup ecosystem in Southern Rajasthan. TiE Udaipur has been consistently working to connect youth and entrepreneurs with mentorship, networking and investment opportunities.

He highlighted that last year, around 11–12 startups received actual funding through this platform. TiE Udaipur is also supporting startups from rural and smaller towns. One example cited was a startup that received international investment from Japan.

Officials shared that a project named “The Kingdom of Chess,” linked to a university, received an investment of Rs 25 lakh.

TiEcon Udaipur 2026 will feature keynote sessions, panel discussions, fireside chats, masterclasses, startup pitching, and investor connect sessions — providing participants direct learning opportunities from industry leaders. The objective of the event is to establish southern Rajasthan as a strong startup and innovation hub, fostering new ideas, businesses and opportunities.

TiE is a global entrepreneurship organisation founded in Silicon Valley and operates across multiple countries. The Udaipur chapter currently has more than 100 members and actively promotes entrepreneurship, including initiatives for women entrepreneurs.
