Many renowned scientists and experts from top organizations like W.H.O, ICMR, NIMR, DMRC and AIIMS are going to participate in the conference.
The conference is organized in the joint association of Department of Zoology, University College of Science, Mohan Lal Sukhadia University and National Academy of Vector Borne Diseases, Orissa.
Vectors are organisms that transmit infections from one host to another. One of the most common vector diseases are cause by mosquitoes like Malaria, Dengue, Yellow Fever etc.
The international conference will be dedicated to vector borne diseases, covering from basic to applied, to operational aspects. The conference will provide a platform for academics, scientists, pharmaceuticals, medical and public health researchers, experts and common public to join hands to fight with such devastating vector borne diseases.
Keynote speakers of the conference will be Dr. VM Katoch, Secretary Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India & Director General, Indian Council of Medical Research.
