On the occasion of International Museums Day organized at City Palace by Maharana Mewar Charitable Foundation, the visitors were welcomed in traditional way.

On the occasion of International Museums Day organized at City Palace by Maharana Mewar Charitable Foundation, the visitors were welcomed in traditional way.

Traditional practices such as mehandi, terracotta and puppet show were carried out. The sales proceedings of today’s tickets will be spent on renovation of Government Girls’ Sr. Sec. School, situated at Jagdish Chowk.

Chief Administrative Officer of the Foundation, Bhupendra Singh Auwa informed that to educate people about the Mewar legacy and culture, such enticing activities were carried out. At Moti Chowk, the tourists involved themselves in mehandi decoration and terracotta art whilst enjoying the puppet show.
