Treasure Hunt event aimed at awareness of 'Freedom through Education'

The 3rd annual event of Treasure hunt will be held on Sunday 23rd September at Oriental Resort Palace Udaipur, jointly organized by Lake City Round Table India and Lake City Ladies Circle, under the directions of Round Table India (RTI) the hunt event’s motto is ‘Freedom Through Education’.

The 3rd annual event of Treasure hunt will be held on Sunday 23rd September at Oriental Resort Palace Udaipur, jointly organized by Lake City Round Table India and Lake City Ladies Circle, under the directions of Round Table India (RTI) the hunt event’s motto is ‘Freedom Through Education’.

This year treasure hunt will on the theme of entertaining the blind kids of city, as the clues of treasure hunt will be in blind script, the same will be read by the accompanying blind child with driver, the entry will be valid for the first 100 cars.

Nitin Gattani, Secretary of the club informed, “We have invited around 80 blind students from various parts of Udaipur and nearby districts. There will be 13 clues per participant, while the participant solving maximum clues in shortest time and area will be declared winner”.

From past 2 years Round Table India is organizing such public events for the charity purpose. The collected amount will be used for the benefit of under privileged sects of society and renovation of schools in village area.

Pankaj Duggad, President of Club mentioned, “The amount collected from these events will be used for the construction of class room for 5th and 6th class in Badgown. The total expense is expected to be around Rs. 20 lac”.

“We will also be promoting green Udaipur by gifting a sapling to every participant”, said, the President of the Club.
