Nearly 400 contestants including men, women and children participated in the Turban Decoration competition held today evening at Fateh Sagar on the occasion of 4-day Nav Samvat celebration.

At the venue, children clad in Rajasthani turban looked pretty in the traditional dress.

This is the third consecutive year when Nav Varsh Samaroh Samiti is organizing the event to promote the traditional attire.

In today’s event, the largest turban of 2070 meter was the center of attraction. It was made by Daulat Singh, a well known turban maker.
