The volunteers of different Lake Conservation groups in the city offered condolence to the victims of Paris Terror Attack during their weekly lake cleaning activities held on Sunday.

Jheel Mitra Sansthan, Jheel Sanrakshan Samiti and Mohan Singh Mehta Memorial Trust have jointly organized the condolence ceremony at Sattapol. While addressing the volunteers, the group leaders Dr Anil Mehta, Tej Shankar Paliwal and Nandkishore Sharma have condemned the terror attack on France’s capital Paris.

A two minute silence was held to mark the tragedy which killed over a hundred people.

The volunteers also conducted their weekly lake cleaning task following the Diwali celebration which has considerably increased lake pollution.
