Lake Festival Udaipur 2017

Udaipur Lake Festival 2017 began this morning of 18^th November. Early morning at 6:30 bird lovers enjoyed their scheduled bird watch program. Officers from Municipal Corporation and other administrative officers along with Regional Manager Bank of Baroda and his team of officers enjoyed their share of shramdaan at the lake.

At 11:30 a.m. swimming competitions were held. People from different age groups participated in these competitions. Swimming competitions were held under different categories. 50 metre, 100 metre free style and 50 metre breast-stroke were conducted for males and females. In the age group of 18 to 35 for males, swimming competition was held in the range of 1 kilometre as well.

Stilt walkers, puppet show and programs by folk artists are scheduled for 4 to 7 p.m.  For bhavya aarti 6:30 p.m. is the schedule at Fatehsagar Lake. Performance by local talent will happen at 7 p.m.  Selected students from various schools will be performing in this music program.
