Various public organizations marked the Martyrs Day (Shaheed Diwas) today and remembered the sacrifice of Freedom Fighters Sardar Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev who were martyred on 23rd March 1931 by British Government.

A three day event organized in the joint association of many organizations concluded today with a street play – Nahi Kabool and a Mashaal Rally.

Organized by All India Student Union, Jan Sanskriti Manch, Inqalabi Naujawan Sabha, Udaipur Film Society and Aagaz, the programs were dedicated to the brave freedom fighters.

Local artists performed the Street Play – Nahi Kabool which was followed by a Mashaal Rally started from Surajpol.

A Condolence ceremony was also held at Sevashram by Bharat ki Naujawan Janwadi Party.

A small get together was organized at Mohta Park by Shahadat Diwas Samaroh Samiti.
