In a fund raising event ‘Prabhu Hi Meri Aasha’ organized under the joint association of Maitri Sadan and Ashadham Ashram, Laughter Show famed Suresh Albela and ‘Rooh’ Musical Band performed along with the artist of Maitri Sadan.

Organized at Lok Kala Mandal, stand-up comedian Suresh Albela entertained people in a short laughter show, while Rooh with their melodious musical performance electrified the environment.  Artists of Maitri Sadan also gave group and individual performances.

Fr. Dr. Norbert Herman, Director, Maitri Sadan, informed that the fund raising event was organized to help Ashadham Ashram – Home for abandoned and deprived people to get financial support for paying towards a recently allotted land by UIT.  This land will be used to improve and augment shelter and facilities for the residents of the Ashram.

Hundreds of Udaipurtites attended the function and donated to help the cause.

The total amount received will be disclosed in coming days.
