The three day Urs of Syedi Dawood Bhai Sahab concluded today at the shrine of Khanjipeer Saheb. Syedi Dawood Bhai was a Dawoodi Bohra saint and his shrine is located adjacent to Syedi Khanji peer.

The Urs was observed with utmost faith and grace by the Dawoodi Bohra community, where devotees offered flowers and prayed for blessings. A traditional sharbat was offered to the visitors at the shrine by the Dawoodi Bohra Jamaat (Youth).

Anees Miyaji, spokesperson of the community, informed that devotees offered ‘chadar’ and distributed sweets. There was a community feast in the evening, which was later followed by a gathering (majlis) at Vajihpura Mosque where the life history of Syedi Dawood Bhai was briefed to the members of the community.
